Marie Neys, teacher, designer, and artist enjoys working with many different painting mediums. Her favorites include So Soft Fabric Paint, Genesis Heat Set Oils, Traditional Oils, and Acrylics.
Marie has been teaching & designing for the past 15 years. From 1993 to 2001 she owned and operated Designs by Marie, a retail store for arts, crafts, classes & supplies in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Marie chose to close the store after 8 wonderful years to spend more time designing, teaching and developing her artwork.
Over the past year Marie has designed 25 new patterns. Her designs include paintings on suede, rice paper and more. Feel free to browse the "For-sale" area of the site for her packets and the Simply Suede area for paintable suede and packets.
