In the Style of Emilie Carr (Above the Gravel Pit) -
Mondays, November 8,15,22 &29 1:30 - 3:30pm
(must have taken the Intro to Acrylics or have previous acrylic experience)
Materials Needed: 11 x 14 Canvas, all regular painting supplies.

Emily Carr (1871–1945) was one of the first artists of national significance to emerge from the West Coast. Along with the Group of Seven, she became a leading figure in Canadian modern art in the twentieth century. She spent the greater part of her life living and working in Victoria, where she struggled to receive critical acceptance.
Regular supplies can include 11 x 14 Canvas, Brushes, palette knives, 1 colour wheel, Glaze Medium, Staywet Palette, paper towel, que tips, water basin, tracing paper, Graphite Paper, etc Not all are needed for this class this is just a basic list.
